Maprao Organic Coconut Water is the flagship product of Bangkok-based Coco Nuts Ltd. — an organic foods company committed to sustainable, fair production.
Originally soft-launched to the local Bangkok market without a cohesive brand identity or marketing strategy, the company recognized its potential and made the decision to relaunch as a premium HPP (High Pressure Processed) product with extended shelf life — opening the door to wider distribution, new channels, and regional expansion and reaching a wider global audience.
Create a premium brand identity for an organic coconut water that resonates with the home market and scales across multiple international markets — driving buyer interest and accelerating sales.
As Project Lead, I led the full rebrand end-to-end: from market research and brand positioning through creative development and go-to-market execution across regional Southeast Asia. Sourced and managed web developers, designers, writers, and content strategists to produce a dual-language brand suite — website, film series, photography, and marketing collateral. Scoped production timelines, controlled budgets, and prioritized the backlog to keep a lean startup operation shipping on time.
This initiative tripled sales, saw continued growth exceeding clients expectations, and earned the company the Best New Product Award at the Natural & Organic Expo Asia 2016.
